Owning a BMW bike will soon be a reality for Indian bikers. TVS-BMW’s jointly developed, first single cylinder bike named G310R has been revealed by the company. BMW has already introduced the stunt version of the bike earlier.
The first look of the street ready bike is impressive and positive. The influence of German build quality can be easily seen in the new bike, through the images released by BMW recently.
In a press statement, BMW has cleared that the bike will be made by TVS Motors in Bangalore, India but with the same amount of stringent manufacturing process as one would expect it to be in any other factory locations around the world. BMW has shipped (from Germany) and set up its own manufacturing machinery in TVS factory where G310R will be made in a separate and glassed off area of the production plant.

Drool over the images and video of G310R for now.
